Service Description
Includes: - Up to 2 hours on-site (minimum booking) - Planning call/questionnaire - Shot list creation - Food, drinks, staff, atmosphere, kitchen, and customer experience footage - Professional editing - Delivery within 5–7 business days - Online gallery for download Deliverables: - 10 edited short-form videos OR - 40–60 professionally edited photos OR - A custom combination (example: 6 videos + 25 photos)
Client Experience Policy
Booking & Payment A non-refundable retainer or full payment (depending on the service booked) is required to reserve your appointment. Services are not confirmed until payment has been received and a confirmation email has been sent. Remaining balances, if applicable, are due before final files or deliverables are released. Rescheduling Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice at no additional charge. Rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to a $50 rescheduling fee. Clients may reschedule one time per booking. Additional changes are subject to availability. Cancellations Retainers and booking payments are non-refundable. If Illustre Media must reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, we will work with you to secure the next available date. Client Responsibilities - To ensure the best possible results, clients are responsible for: - Arriving on time or having the business/location ready at the scheduled appointment time. - Providing access to the location, products, menu items, and designated filming or photography areas. - Ensuring requested staff members are available if they will appear in the content. - Providing any branding assets or information requested prior to the appointment. Content Delivery Standard turnaround time is 5–7 business days, unless otherwise stated in your service agreement. Rush editing may be available for an additional fee, subject to availability. Communication Project communication will take place via email or your designated communication method during normal business hours. We strive to respond to all inquiries within 1–2 business days. Travel Travel within the Charlotte Metro area is included unless otherwise specified. Additional travel fees may apply for locations outside the included service area. Agreement By booking a service with Illustre Media, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these booking policies.
